Elizabeth Ballis
Elizabeth's real estate career began in 1980. She earned her Broker's license in 1981 and opened her own company, Dayton Realty, Ltd, focusing in residential real estate in Lincoln Park and Lakeview. As her experience grew, her focus expanded to include Bucktown / Wicker Park and the Near North Side, Gold Coast and Streeterville, the West Loop, River West and Roscoe Village.
In 1998 she joined Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate; she has been one of the top ten city agents for Coldwell Banker since joining. She has continued her dedication to her clients in helping them achieve their goals.
Not only is Elizabeth committed to her clients, but she continues to focus her efforts on her profession as well. She has received the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and the GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute).
Over the past twenty-seven years, she has served on many committees for the Chicago Association of Realtors, including the Co-Chair of the Grievance Committee, which is part of the Professional Standards Committee.
In addition she was 1992 President of the Lincoln Park Chamber of Commerce.
